Our Shipping Commitment

At Ollie & Vince, we're committed to getting your premium bamboo products to you quickly and safely. We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States.


1. Shipping Coverage

We Ship To:

  • All 48 contiguous U.S. states
  • Washington, D.C.
  • PO Boxes
  • APO/FPO military addresses

We Do Not Ship To:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)
  • International addresses

2. Shipping Costs

Free Standard Shipping on All Orders

We believe sustainable products should be accessible, so we offer free standard ground shipping on every order—no minimum purchase required.

This applies to:

  • One-time purchases (any size)
  • Subscription orders (all recurring shipments)

3. Processing Time

Order Processing: 1-2 Business Days

Once you place your order:

  • Payment verification: Immediate
  • Order preparation: 1-2 business days
  • Shipment: Your order ships within 1-2 business days of order placement

Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Order Cut-off: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


4. Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: 3-5 Business Days in Transit

After your order ships, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days via ground shipping.

Total Delivery Time:

  • Processing (1-2 days) + Transit (3-5 days) = 4-7 business days from order placement to delivery

Important Notes:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees
  • Actual delivery may vary based on carrier volume and your location
  • Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays

5. Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery:

The specific carrier for your order is selected based on your location and the fastest available service. You'll be notified of your carrier when your order ships.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email with your tracking number
  • Direct link to track your package with the carrier
  • Estimated delivery date

7. Shipping Address

Important - Please Verify Your Address

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We cannot redirect packages once they've shipped.

Address Changes:

  • Must be made before your order ships
  • Contact us immediately at support@ollieandvince.com if you need to update your address

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address you provided, we will:

  1. Contact you to confirm the correct address
  2. Reship your order at no additional cost (one-time courtesy)
  3. For repeat address errors, you may be responsible for reshipping costs

8. Subscription Shipping

Flexible and Convenient

If you have an active subscription:

  • Free shipping on every recurring shipment
  • Processing and delivery times same as one-time orders (4-7 business days total)
  • Tracking provided for each shipment
  • Skip or modify your next shipment anytime through your account dashboard

Subscription Delivery Schedule: You choose your delivery frequency (e.g., every 30 days, 60 days, 90 days). Your subscription ships automatically on your scheduled date.

Manage Your Subscription:

  • Skip upcoming deliveries
  • Adjust delivery frequency
  • Update shipping address
  • Cancel anytime

9. Lost or Missing Packages

We've Got You Covered

If your package doesn't arrive within 15 business days from the ship date, we consider it lost.

What We'll Do:

  • Automatic replacement: We'll send you a replacement order at no cost
  • No investigation required: We handle carrier claims on your behalf
  • Fast resolution: Contact us at support@ollieandvince.com and we'll get a replacement shipped immediately

What You Need to Provide:

  • Your order number
  • Confirmation that the package has not been delivered

10. Damaged Packages

Quality Guarantee

We carefully package every order, but sometimes damage occurs in transit.

If Your Package Arrives Damaged:

Contact us at support@ollieandvince.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photo of the damaged product and/or packaging
  • Brief description of the damage

Your Choice:

  1. Full refund to your original payment method, or
  2. Free replacement shipped immediately at no cost

11. Delivery Issues

Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. We recommend:

  • Using a secure delivery location
  • Requiring signature upon delivery (contact the carrier directly)
  • Installing security cameras or using package lockboxes

If you believe your package was stolen, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. File a police report
  3. Contact the carrier to open an investigation
  4. Contact us at support@ollieandvince.com—we'll work with you to find a solution

Weather Delays: Severe weather may cause delays beyond our control. We'll notify you if we're aware of significant delays affecting your order.

Carrier Delays: During peak seasons (holidays, major sales events), carriers may experience higher volumes. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated if delays occur.


12. Order Modifications and Cancellations

Before Your Order Ships:

You may modify or cancel your order before it ships (within 1-2 business days of order placement).

Once shipped, we cannot modify or cancel your order. If you need to return your order, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.


13. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping outside the contiguous United States.

This includes:

  • Canada
  • Mexico
  • Europe
  • Asia
  • All other international destinations

We're working on expanding our shipping coverage in the future. Sign up for our email list to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
